Cinnammon Banana


Geeezzz...I love snacking!! I mean I love eating snacks, cookies, pies, etc, more than eating rice or main dishes and I love bananas too... Because of that I've made a simple snack in the middle of afternoon... it contains more fat ^^ but still healthier and easier, and of course delicioso !!

Requires :
Banana ( cut lenghtwise into 2 pieces ) - Sugar - Cinnammon - Butter - Crushed Peanuts (Hazelnuts, Peanuts, almonds, any kind)

How to Make :
Preheat pan with medium heat, melt the butter, add sugar then wait until a little bit brown and caramelized. add cinnammon ( the amount depends on your taste, if you like cinnammon then put more ) then fried the banana into it till brown. Serve it with butter, peanuts and also with vanilla ice cream if you want.

When I started to eat it, I can't stop it till my plate is empty...
so, ENJOY it yourself !!
